The goal of our Quality Assurance Department is not only to review the compliance of company guidelines, but to provide a benchmark where management can measure the impacts (productivity gains or loss) that workflows, training, and automation have on operations.

Quality Assurance Representatives are responsible for verifying that all company policies and procedures are being followed and to offer assistance and direction when deviation occurs. The position includes task orientated activities, problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical evaluation responsibilities.

 

Responsibilities
  • Develop an in depth understanding of all company operating systems, tools, and resources necessary for the successful verification, completion, and submission of our product
  • Review completed inspections to ensure quality
  • Maintain property record documents
  • Answer telephone calls and assist callers to promote quality service
  • Assist client loss control departments with inspection corrections, clarifications, and re-orders
  • Demonstrate an ability to assess critical information, identify and resolve problems as necessary
  • Other duties as assigned by leadership

The Quality Assurance Representative will be required to engage in continuing education to maintain up-to-date knowledge regarding industry standards and practices.

 

Required Skills
  • Organization and multi-tasking skills are critical, including an ability to quickly adapt to changing client requirements and to meet deadlines
  • Must have a strong attention to detail including the ability to identify inconsistencies, grammatical, and spelling errors
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Professional (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ability to understand company policies and standard operating procedures
Basic Qualifications

These are the minimum qualifications required to be considered for the position:

  • 3+ years of demonstrated quality control experience
  • Demonstrated/proven strong technical and interpersonal skills
  • Confident decision making experience
  • Must be able to communicate effectively and have excellent writing skills

Number of Openings: 1 Permanent Full-time Position

Job Location: Franklin, Pennsylvania

Wage Range (Based on Qualifications/Experience): $7.25 - $9.00
